06-29-2008, 7:22 janj@execuweb.co.za Joined on 06-29-2008 Posts 9 convert wmv to flv I downloaded the test version and converted wmv files to flv. It worked 100% and I decided to purchase the product. I entered the serial number. Now the conversion happens but the audio only plays for 30 seconds. Then stops. Please help. It is not a codec problem because if it was the test version would not have played. Help Please as I need to deliver the website tomorrow Thanks    Report

You can get the build number by opening your program and then right-click on the title-bar at the very top of your window.  Select "About M²Convert..." and the version and build number should be at the top of the new window that appears. 2- Does this happen with all files or only DVDs? If you only tried DVDs, please try different files. 3- Are you able to play the source files correctly in Windows Media Player? I'm asking this because our M²Convert applications use the same decoding technology that WMP uses to play back videos. 4- Please list the DVD playing software (PowerDVD, Nero, AnyDVD, etc.) that you have installed on your PC. 5- What is the operating system (XP, Vista, etc.) you are using? 6- What is your M²Convert product (Zune, iPod, Pro, etc.)? The thing opens, plays for the first 52 seconds and then stop. On other players it does the same but stops the sound and the screens go on. I am using SWFObject as a player on the web page  I have managed to convert the download jave to work on my local PC but on the web app it does not. I first convert the wmv file to mp4 and then to flv. Thanks for comin back to me    Report

If it is possible, please put it in a ZIP or RAR file and send it to me. You can either post it here or send it to Support@m2solutionsinc.com. If you post it here, do not use the 'Preview' feature. I think it was all the junk I loaded before deciding to buy this product. You always have to suffer in order to look for something free. My suggestion to all who want to convert wmv to flv is to not load all the free tolls and rather buy from m2convert. Thanks for excellent service and a great product. Jan Jooste    Report
