Hi everyone! I've just download the trial version of M2 Convert for Zen to get familiar with the program, but I try to convert videos to a compatible format for Zen but I can't
The message is Error: the audio stream could not be rendered.
What's wrong?? Maybe a problem with my Pc?
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance

Does your DVD or video file work on Windows Media Player (WMP)? If it doesn't then you should download the appropriate decoders to make your DVD or video file work before you try to convert them using M²Convert for ZEN. I'm asking this because our M²Convert applications use the same decoding technology that WMP uses to playback the DVDs and video files.
Please note that we do not endorse any product made by other companies, and we strongly recommend that you try any DVD and video decoding software to see if it solves the problem before you buy it.

Yes, my pc uses wmp, I think the problem is in the compression format i've chosen. If I use de "wmv" option it seems to work.
Another question, how can I do to extract some chapters of a dvd??? If i try to convert the hole dvd it take ages.
Thanks again.

I've just find out how to extract dvd files by reading another post with the same question.
I'm converting some dvd files right now, if it works properly i would consider seriously to buy the program.
Thanks again.

I am not sure why you get the "audio stream could not be rendered" error, especially that M²Convert was able to convert it to WMV format as you said. I recommend that you repair M²Convert to see if this fixes your problem.
Run the setup file again and over-write all files, then select the "Repair" option from the InstallShield wizard and continue. When the repair process is completed, restart your computer.
If you want to convert selected chapter(s) from a DVD, load the DVD to M²Convert, then click the Edit Playlist button, then select the chapter(s) you want to convert from the Edit Playlist dialog.
The time needed by M²Convert to convert a DVD depends on many factors: 1. Computer; mainly CPU speed, how much RAM you have, hard disk and DVD drive speed, and if other software is running. 2. DVD; what type of codec it uses, duration of the movie, and whether it has extra features or not. 3. Format and quality of the target file.
