Does your AVI file work on Windows Media Player (WMP)? If it doesn't then you should download the appropriate decoders to make your file work before you try to convert them using M²Convert for ZEN. I'm asking this because our M²Convert applications use the same decoding technology that WMP uses to playback the DVDs and video files.
Please note that we do not endorse any product made by other companies, and we strongly recommend that you try any video decoding software to see if it solves the problem before you buy it.
