dvd loaded in the drive. it will play audio and video in my wmp just fine, in case your wondering. not sure if that matters.

when i click on "convert a dvd" i get the following error "-video_ts.ifo" message.

any ideas??

It is important to know if you are able to play your DVDs on Windows Media Player. The reason for this that our software does not install DVD decoders on your system and it will use the same decoders used by Windows Media Player to be able to decode and open the DVD files.
Can you send me the full details of the error message? If possible the exact text syntax you are getting.
Are you trying to convert copyright protected DVDs? If yes, we do not guarantee that our software will be able to convert these DVDs.
