06-02-2009, 22:37 hozed Joined on 06-03-2009 Posts 1 error -video_ts.ifo dvd loaded in the drive. it will play audio and video in my wmp just fine, in case your wondering. not sure if that matters. when i click on "convert a dvd" i get the following error "-video_ts.ifo" message. any ideas??    Report

The reason for this that our software does not install DVD decoders on your system and it will use the same decoders used by Windows Media Player to be able to decode and open the DVD files. Can you send me the full details of the error message? If possible the exact text syntax you are getting. Are you trying to convert copyright protected DVDs?
