I used the trial version with no problems. once i bought the online version i have problems. when i watch a video on my ipod i have no problems, after i pause it and turn it off and come back to it it is at the same point of the movie but the picture is gone. the sound is still there and will play when prompted. to get the video back i need to scroll to the end of the movie and start again. what is making this happen?

Thank you for your support of M²Solutions' M²Convert.
If you try to play the file you converted using our M²Convert software using iTunes or Windows Media Player and you pause the file then continue its playback, do you still face the same issue? Does this problem happen with all the converted files or just this one? Also, does it happen with video file not converted using our M²Convert software?

I have played the videos through windows media and i tunes and no problems. i can pause and close the window, not just minimize, and it will continue with A/V 100% where I left off. I have no problems on my ipod with a movie that was converted by my mgr using dvdtogo. i had a trial of cucusoft and had no problems. the trial i had from m2 was for the iphone and i had no problems. the version i bought was for the ipod, which is what i have, 64g ipod touch. now i have the problem.
