i have encountered another problem with the software. on the past two DVD's i have converted the playback was out of sequence. the two DVD's were new releases (Up & Paranormal Activity) Can you explain why this is happening. Is this some sort of copywrite protection?

Which M²Convert for iPod version (1.1, 2.0 or 3.0) are you using? Are you able to play the source movies and the converted files correctly using Windows Media player? Or just the source DVDs plays fine on Windows Media Player?
I am not sure why this issue is happening with these DVDs in particular. However, if other DVDs are converted successfully, these should too. 
We do not have special handling for copyright protected DVDs and we don't guarantee that our M²Convert products will convert copyright protected DVDs.
