Shane, Is there a way to pause the progam once it has started? By mistake I canceled a download half way throw a rip by hitting the space bar twice to turn the monitor on, is any way you can put a "would you like to cancel yes or no" before it does it? I download the program to my laptop can I also put it on my desktop or do I have to buy it again?

Great program and very user freindly. Thanks mate.

SB

I hate to say it, but "great suggestion".  Unfortunately there is not but I will DEFINATELY add that as a feature request for a future release.  Sorry I don't have a "yes, and this is how" answer for you...

Sorry, I'm not sure how I read that question before, but I didn't notice the additional questions.  It looks like I would have gotten that question on a Monday and admittedly those can be a bit "fast paced", sorry about the oversight.

You are saying that your screen saver cancelled the conversion?  What version of the software do you have?  You can find out by right clicking on the title bar at the top of the application and selecting the "About M²Convert" option.  This will pull up a dialog that will tell you the version and the build number.  if you have anything less than 12, please uninstall the version you have now and reinstall the latest version.  I'm not certain if this will fix this problme or not, but I need to make sure the latest version has been installed before I start troubleshooting because if I'm understanding you correctly, I think this is a bug and not a feature limitation.  If you have the latest version, please fill out the support form here: Just paste a link to this ticket in the comments section and I can create a bug report for this incident.

As far as moving the application to another application goes, ff you would rather move your license to another machine, you can remove it using "Add or Remove Programs" from the control panel.  Make sure your computer is connected to the internet when removing the application to insure your serial number is reactivated.  Once you have done this, you can download and install M²Convert on another machine.

If you want to move the software back and forth rapidly from machine to machine, consider leaving the installation file on the machines you will be transferring the installation from.  This process should take just a few minutes to complete and the only limitation you will have will be that you cannot perform simultaneous conversions.  If you want simultaneous activation of the software on multiple machines, additional licenses will have to be purchased for each machine.
