I have a great idea for a request, how about you provide an activation number for the software after we purchase it so that we can use it? The entire idea of downloading software is so that one can use it straight away. It has been 24 hours and I still do not have and activation number.......    Report

I apologize for the problems many customers have recently been having.  There were some server problems that occurred around Christmas.  Unfortunately, this caused some orders without serial numbers and a longer than usual delay for fixing this problem because the office was closed for the holiday.  Please be patient as we sort through these problems.  Any questions regarding your order should be directed to sales@m2solutionsinc.com.
