01-14-2007, 15:42 wevans Joined on 01-15-2007 Posts 1 Purchased and downloaded but no Serial Number Sounds like you guys really need to work out your purchase/download process.  It is extremely frustrating after purchasing, downloading and then cannot use your software.   It is even MORE frustrating seeing in your forums that many of your customers are frustrated and this has been happening for a while.  My order number is 5821, I purchased it on 1/13/2007 (M2 converter to iPod).  Please either send me a serial number or refund my money.  Thank you, William Evans      Report
