05-15-2007, 23:03 SarahH5514 Joined on 05-16-2007 Posts 4 Error: the source file does not contain audio and video This is the first time I am trying to use M2Convert and all of the DVDs I have tried have come up with this error message.  I do have a program to play DVDs on my computer and all of the DVDs I have tried can be played with Windows Media Player.  I would really like to be able to use this program, especially since I just bought it.  Can anyone help me with this error message?  Thanks    Report

05-17-2007, 4:56 Yasir Alani Joined on 12-20-2006 Posts 82 Re: Error: the source file does not contain audio and video We have a compatibility issue with some other DVD playing software with Nero being one of the most popular.   Here is a post from another customer with a similar problem: http://m2solutionsinc.com/forum/forums/488/ShowPost.aspx   I suggest trying the solution that worked for the other customer, which is installing the "K-Lite" codec pack; and if it didn't work you can try to uninstall Nero and see if you can convert with M²Convert then.
