failed to configure settings for ???? fromat

Hello
i use M2 Convert pro .
i tried convert avi to ipod , but it showed "failed to configure settings for ipod fromat" message

What type of video files are trying to convert? Are you able to play your files in Windows Media Player? Are getting this error on all the files you are trying to convert or is it on a specific one?
If tried to convert to another Video format(like AVI) instead of iPod, Does the conversion process works correctly?
I'd like to know what version of the software you are using. Can you
right-click on the title bar at the top of the application and click the
option titled "About M²Convert...". A window should pop up and there should be
a version number and a build number at the top of this window\; could you tell
me what this number is?
