i bought this product a good while back, decided to clean my hard drive to free up space. when i downloaded the program again and put in the serial number that was given to me via telephone because i never received the email that was supposed to contain my serial number. i have tried the serial number numerous time with no success. pls provide me a solution to this problem. do i need a new serial number or will i be able to use a proudet i paid 30.00 for. i didn't think it would be an issue to reinstall the program and continue to use it.
i don't know what information you need from me to get this resolved? i no longer have the order number. i do have my serial number.

If you have bought M²Convert for iPod before 6/24/2007 then your serial number is for version 1.

 

We recently released M²Convert for iPod 2.0, and the download link in our website is for that version. Version 1 serial numbers will not work on this setup.

 

Please send you serial number to M² Solutions Inc support using this email address support@m2solutionsinc.com, or you can submit a support request at this webpage http://www.m2solutionsinc.com/Support/tabid/141/Default.aspx so we can give you download instructions for version 1 setup file.
