Are you able to play your DVDs in Windows Media Player? On which operating system are you using our converter programs(Windows XP, Windows Vista..)?
Is there an error message displayed while you convert? If yes, can you please tell me its exact text.
Second, what DVD viewing software do you have installed on your machine? M²Convert uses your DVD viewing utility to acquire the video before converting the file. Sometimes there can be incompatibility issues between your DVD viewing utility and M²Convert. Please let me know.
I'd like to know what version of the software you are using. Can you right-click on the title bar at the top of the application and click the option titled "About M²Convert...". A window should pop up and there should be a version number and a build number at the top of this window\; could you tell me what this number is?
