Last night I bought the program for converting videos to be able to play on my Zune, however, I received an email stating that there was no serial number available and I can't access the program with out it....I have sent several emails resquesting it and no one will respond back too me......it seems I paid for something I would love to use but can't.....and the website clearly states no refunds.....so what the he-- is going on with this company....just wondering if I have gotten screwed with out getting a kiss........anyone else have this problem??????????

I am not sure why you did not receive your serial number automatically.

 

However, we cannot post information on serial numbers on the public forum. That's why I am asking you if you would please send an email to sales@m2solutionsinc.com with details on your purchase (purchase order number, date, etc.).

 

Our sales department should respond and send you your serial number as soon as they get your email.

Well it is 12:39pm central time and I have not heard from anyone....I just sent another email......this is just plain unacceptable to do this to a customer

It looks like William from our sales department sent you an email around 2:00 today.  If this is not true, please send me an email through the forum (click the email button at the bottom of my post) and I'll take care of this for you.
