But it should be fast and give excellent quality of output. Encoders and decoders should all be built in. Can anyone suggest me this type of software / site?    Report

If you need other formats in addition to 3GP and MP4, you can use M²Convert Professional. Both of these converters have free evaluations.   These 2 applications install the encoders they need. However, the needed decoders vary widely depending on the source file. For example, to convert from a DVD movie, your PC must already have the needed DVD decoding software installed (such as PowerDVD, or the Windows Vista built-in decoders).
