Since the files
play correctly on Windows Media Player, this means that the conversion process
went smoothly and succeeded.
To eliminate the
possibility that the problem is related to the converter itself, is it possible
to test one of the files in a different ZEN device?
If not, did you test a large file (at least 1.8
GB) from a different source (not generated by our M²Convert)? If yes, did this
large video play correctly all the way?
