Trial limits?

Are there trial limits?  Converting a video is not syncing audio and video when played on a Zen 4GB.  The app was downloaded a few days ago (M2Convert for Zen 2.0).  XP Pro on the PC.  Copied the .WMV directly to the Zen (no conversion of the movie after M2Convert).  Also, fast forwarding is not working.

Hello,

What is the format of the source video that you are trying to convert?
Are you trying to convert DVD files?

If you try to play the source video on windows media player, does the video play correctly with the audio?

Do you face any problem when playing the result file on windows media player on your PC?

Thanks,
Maen Badwan

Hello,

The conversion speed depends on many factors:
- Computer; mainly CPU speed, how much RAM you have, hard disk and DVD drive speed, and if other software is running.
- DVD; what type of codec it uses, duration of the movie, and whether it has extra features or not.
- Format and quality of the target file.

Also, the evaluation versions of the product run slightly slower than the full versions.

Thanks,
Maen Badwan
