Hello,
Can you please provide me with more details about the problem?
When exactly do you get the internal error message? Do you get during the conversion process?
What are the files that you are trying to convert?
Thanks, Maen Badwan M²Solutions Support

Some of our customers faced the same problem when the windows Screen Saver starts. Try to disable the Screen Saver on your machine and retry the same issue.

Hello,
What is the M2Convert for ZEN version (v1.1 or v2.0) that you use?
When exactly did you install M2Convert for ZEN on your machine?
Do you face this problem with any DVD that you try to convert?
Do you have Neo DVD viewing software on your machine? Thanks, Maen Badwan M²Solutions Support

when you say 1.1 or 2.0 version are you talking about the firmware right?

Hello,
To get the build number of the M2Convert for Zen, open your program and then right-click on the title-bar at the very top of your window. Select 'About M²Convert...' and the version and build number should be at the top of the new window that appears.
Do you have any problem in playing your DVDs using windows media player?
Thanks, Maen Badwan M²Solutions Support
