It is important to know if you are able to play your DVDs on Windows Media Player. The reason for this that our software does not install DVD decoders on your system and it will use the same decoders used by Windows Media Player to be able to decode and open the DVD files. Our M²Convert for ZEN software is not compatible with ZEN V Plus, since the ZEN V Plus only plays audio files and not video.

Can you tell me the format of the files that you are trying to convert using M²Convert for iPod?Are you able to play these files using Windows Media Player?Can you give that a go and try downloading and installing K-Lite codec pack and see if the conversion goes well.Note: K-Lite is a third party codec and not related to M2Solutions.

Yes, that's true. The preview window will be running during the conversion processes; and you can not disable it. Only if you are using M2Convert Pro version, you can enable and disable the preview window.

I am afraid that our M2Convert products do not work with Nero ShowTime. Therefore, I suggest that you install another DVD playing software such as (PowerDVD, or WinDVD) on your computer then try to convert you DVDs.

We have had some customers experience this when upgrading to
iTunes 7. Try completely uninstalling
iTunes and then reinstalling it. Then
add all of your files back into iTunes so that the library is created from
